Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed through https://atlasairsolutions.co.za with Atlas Air Solutions. By placing an order you agree to them. They are intended to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

1. Who we are

Atlas Air Solutions, Gauteng, South Africa, Johannesburg, Gauteng. Email atlas.air.solution@gmail.com, phone +27 60 559 9376. We sell air conditioners and related products, with optional installation.

2. Prices

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are shown excluding VAT. VAT at the current rate (15%) is added at checkout and shown on your order before you confirm it.
• Delivery and optional installation or callout fees are shown separately before you confirm.
• We try to keep the site accurate, but if a price or specification is clearly wrong we may correct it before accepting your order and will tell you first.

3. How to order and pay

1. Add products to your cart and complete the checkout form with your contact and delivery details.
2. On confirming, your order is saved and WhatsApp opens with your order written out. Press Send so that we receive it. You can also contact us on +27 60 559 9376.
3. We confirm stock and reply with our banking details. Payment is by EFT / bank transfer. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
4. Your order is processed once the payment has cleared in our account. We then confirm by email and WhatsApp and arrange delivery or installation.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled after a reasonable period and the stock released.

See our Delivery & Installation page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we have received full payment.

6. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page or brochure. Compressor and parts warranties may be conditional on installation by a qualified installer and regular servicing. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation by others, electrical faults such as power surges, or normal wear. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. 7. Installation notes

Standard installation covers mechanical fitting of the unit. Unless stated otherwise it does not include electrical wiring or distribution-board work, an electrical Certificate of Compliance (CoC), isolator switch, or outdoor mounting brackets. The final installation price may depend on pipe length, access and height and is confirmed at the site assessment.

8. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. You may also approach the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
