Delivery
- We deliver throughout South Africa. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown before you confirm your order.
- Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. As a guide, delivery takes 2–5 working days within Gauteng and 3–7 working days to other provinces after dispatch. Times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather and public holidays.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the goods. Please check the box for damage before signing and tell us within 48 hours about any transit damage.
- Large items (such as air conditioner indoor and outdoor units) are delivered to the address kerb or entrance; carrying inside is not included unless agreed.
Installation (Gauteng)
Certified installation is available within our service area around Johannesburg and Ekurhuleni. Choose the installation callout & assessment option at checkout or contact us for a quote.
- A technician visits to inspect the wall, electrical feed and pipe route and gives a fixed installation quote. The callout fee is credited against your final installation invoice if you proceed.
- Standard installation includes the indoor and outdoor unit fitting, up to 2 m of copper piping, drain, vacuum test and commissioning. Extra piping, high or difficult access, and brackets are quoted per job.
- Electrical wiring or distribution-board work, an electrical Certificate of Compliance, and an isolator switch are not included and must be arranged separately or quoted on site.
- Outside our service area we sell and deliver the unit only; you can use any qualified installer. Keep your installer's invoice for warranty purposes.
