Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Atlas Air Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://atlasairsolutions.co.za, why we collect it, who we share it with and what your rights are under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

1. Who is responsible for your information

Atlas Air Solutions is the responsible party. You can reach our information officer at atlas.air.solution@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Order and account details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items you order.
Enquiries and reviews: anything you send through our contact form, WhatsApp, email or review form.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and basic analytics collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information: at present we accept EFT payments only and never see or store card numbers. If we add a card payment provider, card details are captured by the provider on its own secure page and not by us.

3. Why we use your information

To process, deliver and install your order, and to contact you about it.
To answer your questions and give quotes.
To keep records required by tax, consumer-protection and accounting law.
To improve our website and prevent fraud and abuse.
To send marketing only if you have asked for it; you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Only with people who need it to serve you: couriers and installers (name, address, phone), our payment provider once one is enabled, hosting and email providers that operate the website for us, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your information.

5. How long we keep it

Order and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires (generally five years). Enquiries and other information are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for.

6. Security

The website uses HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, admin access is restricted and limited to authorised staff, and we keep software up to date. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and will notify you and the Information Regulator if a breach affects you.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and login working, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (cart and checkout) will not work without the essential ones.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to its use, or to withdraw consent for marketing. Email atlas.air.solution@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
